NOTE:
New Beginnings added a regular support group meeting each Thursday
night from 7 pm to 9 pm. It will be similar to the Wednesday morning
meeting in that there will NOT be special groups at different times of the
month.

Support Person's Group - The first and third Mondays
of each month.
This separate support group is for family members and/or friends
of someone with a mood disorder. Many people with affected loved ones find that
meeting with the main group as well as the separate Support Person's group is an
excellent way to gain valuable knowledge about mood disorders. This group meets
from 7 to 9 pm on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of every month.

Mood Disorder Group for Women Only
- The first Monday of each month.
This group gives women a forum to discuss aspects of their
disorders, recovery, and methods of maintaining wellness without men present.
It may provide an environment that feels safer for certain individuals. Women who
are there in support of an affected person are welcome. This group meets from 7
to 9 pm on the 1st Monday of every month.

Mood Disorder Group for Men Only
- The first Monday of each month.
This group gives men a forum to discuss aspects of their
disorders, recovery, and methods of maintaining wellness without women present.
It may provide an environment that feels safer for certain individuals. Men who
are there in support of an affected person are welcome. This group meets from 7
to 9 pm on the 1st Monday of every month.

Young Persons Group - 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month
On the 2nd and 4th Mondays, we are having our young persons group. This group is specially designed for individuals between the ages of 18 to 30 something.

Group Steering Committee 6:00pm Meeting - Next Meeting Date is not yet set
All people who attend any of the New Beginnings Support Groups are welcome. This meeting is where special event planning is done. Special projects are discussed.
